What is the expected turnaround time for my instrument repair?

Our turnaround time is normally around 5 to 7 business days but this can vary per instrument and is based on what the work needed is. We are able to give a more accurate quote once we've seen the instrument and will always try our best to get it back to you as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 7 day return for full refund & a 30 day exchange for another product or in-store credit. Any returns need to have any and all original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was first purchased.

 Any sales where part of the payment is a trade-in of another product are final.

How will my online order be shipped?

We ship in Canada using Canpar or Canada Post and UPS for shipments to the USA. All packages we shipped are inspected and tested before shipping, including new products in box. If there are issues with your order after it arrives, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist in any way we can.

Products are shipped next business day. In the case of stringed instruments, shipping may be delayed by an additional day to ensure that the instrument is setup and playing as it should.
