An excellent quality instrument with all solid wood construction perfect for the advancing student. A hand carved spruce top is paired with a carved maple back and solid maple sides. Solid ebony fingerboard, fine tuning tailpiece and hand applied golden brown varnish finish. The varnish is "antiqued" to make the instrument look like it was built years ago.
This outfit includes a wooden bow and deluxe rectangular hard foam case, and the violin is set-up in house with D'addario Ascente synthetic core strings.
