Martin 0-18T (1964)

Very cool old Martin tenor guitar from 1965! The 0-18T features a spruce top, mahogany sides/back, Brazilian rosewood bridge and fingerboard on a mahogany neck with Grover tuners. This guitar is in good shape for its age with some modifications.

At some point someone made this a 5 string guitar and added an extra tuner.

The nut and saddle are cut to accommodate the 5th string although it is currently set up as a traditional tenor. We can fill this hole and make a new nut and saddle if someone wants to return this back to a more traditional tenor.

It has also had a couple of repaired cracks on the back which are holding and structurally sound. The bridge was also reinforced with a screw at some point.

It is equipped with a vintage DeArmond sound hole pickup that is wired to a jack a couple inches below the endpin.

Overall a very cool vintage players grade tenor guitar that plays and sounds excellent! Sold with a hardshell case.
