This awesome Silvertone was introduced in 1959 as one of the more affordable models in the lineup. It's very difficult to date these instruments but this model was only made from 1959 to 1963. As far as we can tell this instrument is all original, with the original DeArmond pickups sounding incredibly warm and clear. There is noticeable wear on the instrument which is to be expected considering the guitars age but the wear is mostly cosmetic. The only apparent repair we can see is a crack on the bottom of the guitar close to the jack that is holding great and shows no sign of be a problem down the road. Does not include a case or gig bag.
