The ease in which an instrument plays (the set-up) is paramount!  Factory adjusted instruments can play anywhere from quite well to truly horrid...we've seen them all.  Every new instrument that we receive is given a comprehensive look, and then set-up in our repair shop with easy action before it hits our sales floor.
