Art & Lutherie Roadhouse Acoustic/Electric Guitar - Bourbon Burst (Used)

This guitar is in in very good cosmetic condition with minor cosmetic wear. The most noticeable wear is the  pickguards adhesive residue is visible on edges of the pickguard which is purely cosmetic. It has been recently setup and adjusted for light gauge phosphor bronze strings. Frets have no wear and currently plays well with low action. The pickup has also been tested and is working great with no issues.
