This guitar is in very good condition with little to no wear and no damage or dings. It has been very well taken care of and has only had a single owner. All parts are original and working as they should and the frets are still nearly at full height. The original case is included as well as the pickguard which was never installed. The case is in good shape as well except for the handle which has been pretty chewed up. It is still in one piece and functional as it is.

There isn't much information on this model but after reaching out to Gibson they confirmed that this model was a limited version of the ES-335 Dot Figured model and had the same specs except for the birdseye maple present on this guitar. Gibson said that they unforunatately didn't have an original spec sheet or know how many were produced but they said that many limited models at the time were limited to 25-50.

This guitar features a laminated birdseye maple top, back & sides as well as a mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, Grover tuners, ABR-1 bridge,

All the hardware looks to be original and in good condition. The few other listings we've found for this guitar listed 57 Classic's as the pickups while these seem to be the Rhythm Pro and Lead Pro pickups based on the sticker on the bottom which makes them actually Burstbucker Pro pickups. The original owner never changed the pickups and these are what was in the guitar when they received it.

The other interesting piece of information we got from Gibson came from us asking about both the Custom Shop case and booklet. The tag on the inside of the f-hole is a standard Gibson Memphis tag, when we asked for clarification as to whether this was a Custom Shop guitar or not the Gibson employee we spoke to said this

" This would be referred to as a Gibson Memphis instrument. It was produced at our Memphis, TN facility. During this time Gibson Memphis was under the supervision of the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville, TN."
