Guild G37SB Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar w/Case (1974)

Based on the serial number, this guitar seems to date to 1974. This instrument is in fantastic condition, with no repaired cracks and only cosmetic wear such as a few dings and scratches as well as some checking in the lacquer. We are unable to verify if the case is original and came with the guitar, but it does seem to be from the same era as the guitar.

The neck itself is a fairly slim neck by todays standards and plays very well. Action is currently nice and low.

The G37 model was available from 1973 to 1986 in both natural and sunburst finishes. It features a solid spruce top, laminate maple back & sides with the distinctive Guild arched back design. The fretboard and bridge are rosewood with a mahogany neck. The original Guild tuners are still on the guitar and stay in tune great.

All in all this is a fantastic vintage piece that is sure to become an important piece in someones collection!
