Ludwig No.3062P 14"x10" Prep Model Parade Snare Drum (1974-1975)

This snare drum is in very good condition with some minor cosmetic wear. The reso side hoop has a ding with minor separation but it has been like this for a long time and is stable. The P-85 throw off is in great working condition and is working with no issues. The batter side head is a fairly new Remo Coated Pinstripe and the reso head is an unmarked clear head. Included with this drum is the Ludwig #479 Classic Leg Rest and a nylon sling.

The Prep model snare was available as part of the "Junior Marching Kit" which originally included sticks, a sling and a fibre case. This snare was also available on its own alongside the smaller "Cub" model. These student level drums featured single tension key rods, meaning both heads were tuned simultaneously.
