This guitar is in good condition, Cosmetically it has some minor playing wear and tear but is structurally sound. 

Recently setup and is playing great with low action and 12-53 gauge D'addario strings. Sold with a hardshell case. 

The Sigma DME acoustic features a solid spruce top, mahogany sides and back, built in pickup system and a nice slim neck.
