Ursa Instruments Banjo #1 5-String Open Back
Ursa Instruments is a one-woman operation based in Montreal. Using her experience as a musician in the old-time scene, May Shukla is hand-building high-quality banjos with lots of love!
Banjo #1 is a classic 5 string open-back banjo with old-timey aesthetics. With a Dobson tone ring, it sounds great when played in clawhammer and two-finger styles. It features a beautiful birdseye maple fretboard that you get to look at while you play!
May is glad to present her first banjo at her hometown music store!
