Yamaha FX500 Multi Effect Processor (Used)

The FX500 Simul-Effect processor was introduced in the late 1980's as an affordable multi effect processor, with up to 5 simultaneous effects. There are 60 presets as well as 29 user configurable programs as well. Some of the presets in the FX500 have been the inspiration for some modern effects pedal with the most recent one being the Catalinbread Soft Focus which is based on the preset of the same name (preset 40)

This unit is in good working condition with no noticeable issues during testing. There is a bit of noise when using it which from our research and experience with simliar units from this era is not abonormal. Cosmetically the unit is also in pretty good shape. with only a few nicks in the case.

A Hosa power adapter has been used for testing and is included with the unit. A PDF of the original user manual can be emailed upon purchase if desired.
