Yamaha Rock Tour 3 Piece Shell Pack - Matte Black Wrap (Used)

This kit is in good condition with some cosmetic wear and a replaced wrap. The original matte black finish was well worn so the previous owner re-wrapped it in a nearly indentical matte black. The new wrap was installed properly and looks as if it was original. The original bass drum spurs have also been replaced and the new ones are working well with no issues. The current heads all show minor cosmetic wear but are still fully usable.

The bass drum had sustained damage to a few outer plys of the batter side and was professionally repaired and is 100% structurally sound.  The damage is on the bottom of the shell and the small finish crack is not normally visible.

Aside from the clamp and tom mount, no other hardware is included. This kit also does not include a snare drum.

Rock Tour features 9-ply shells of Big Leaf Mahogany (Textured Ash are 6-ply mahogany, 2-ply ash). The mahogany for Rock Tour is a South American species that is grown in a reforested, managed forest as a renewable resource. Rock Tour shells have a low fundamental, and a warm musical tone while maintaining a strong attack and great projection.

Details
Rock Tour bass drums are virgin (no mount) ten-lug design. Bass drum claws have rubber inserts to protect the hoops and prevent rattle at low head tension. Rock Tour toms and floor toms ship with Remo Pinstripes for durability and ease of tuning. The badge and bass drum resonant head features a new logo with an edgy, modern look.
